Schedule:
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fridays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional fill-in on other weekdays as needed
Must be available to work quarterly spa events
Must be able to attend out-of-town product trainings 2–3 times per year
About the position
Montgomery Aesthetics is looking for a Client Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys engaging with people, and has a genuine love for makeup and skincare. You’ll manage front desk operations while also assisting with product sales and professional makeup application.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional makeup application for clients
Sell and recommend skincare and makeup products
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
Provide exceptional client care and hospitality
Requirements:
General typing skills
Legible cursive handwriting
Strong passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to stay organized under pressure
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Willingness to travel for trainings (2–3 times annually)
