Schedule:

  • Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Fridays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Occasional fill-in on other weekdays as needed

  • Must be available to work quarterly spa events

  • Must be able to attend out-of-town product trainings 2–3 times per year

About the position

Montgomery Aesthetics is looking for a Client Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys engaging with people, and has a genuine love for makeup and skincare. You’ll manage front desk operations while also assisting with product sales and professional makeup application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional makeup application for clients

  • Sell and recommend skincare and makeup products

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system

  • Schedule appointments and manage the booking system

  • Provide exceptional client care and hospitality

Requirements:

  • General typing skills

  • Legible cursive handwriting

  • Strong passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare

  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to stay organized under pressure

  • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods

  • Willingness to travel for trainings (2–3 times annually)
